What is Elordar?
Elordar is a branded online ordering platform for local food businesses. Your own iOS app, Android app and ordering website connect with menu tools, orders, branches, loyalty and reporting in one dashboard.
What is included when we get started?
Menu entry, app publication, staff training and agreed launch promotion are part of the launch offer. We agree the responsibilities and service scope with you before getting started. Photography and branding are quoted separately.
Will the apps and website carry my brand?
Yes. Your customer-facing apps and ordering website carry your business identity. Elordar provides the software and practical support behind your channel.
Can I manage more than one branch?
The platform supports multiple branches, branch-level product availability and permissions. Branch admins can manage their own products and orders, while a super admin oversees the business. Your package determines the branch allowance.
How are subscriptions and other costs explained?
Monthly and annual subscription arrangements are available. We review your location count, subscription, applicable gateway and delivery costs, and any optional services together. Contact us for the current offer and confirmed package scope.
